The Instant Hot Water Heaters are units that heat the water with a gas burner or an electrical heating element. There is no tank of water that is being heated as cold water is added to the tank. This can cause a heat loss which is why you have to wait for the hot water to come out. The Instant Hot Water Heaters are able to give hot water at the rate of two to five gallons per minute. This unit will cost you around $543.95, but it will provide an endless supply of hot water whenever you need it. It is a water heater that is compact as well as lightweight.
The Watts #500514 Instant Hot Water Heaters are controlled by a microprocessor and takes advantage of a power sharing technology. On these water heaters, there is a continuous venting and no moving parts on the unit, so there will be no restriction to any flow of water. The heating chamber itself is made from a polymer nylon material which gives great performance to the unit. These units also have self diagnostic and safety devices so these are very safe units to have installed in your home. They are well worth the money spent as well as the money that will be saved on your energy bill.
